- New Undergraduate Students /SEFP
If you are a first year undergraduate or SEFP student, return your application no later than the 30 June of the year of entry. You may submit an application after this date but an offer of housing cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability. - New Postgraduate Students
If you are a first year postgraduate, there is no specific deadline for the return of accommodation applications, however places are offered on a "first come first serve" basis, so the earlier you apply the better your chances will be of securing a place. We recommend students to apply by the end of May. - Associate/Exchange/IFC and the International SEFP
The accommodation application deadline is 31 July for first semester or full year students and 31 October for second semester applicants. - Erasmus Exchange students
Unfortunately, Erasmus exchange students are not eligible for college housing. On request help can be given in finding alternative accommodation.
Room allocations are made during the period July and August. If you have been successful in obtaining a place in halls, you will receive an email with information on the room allocation, and how you can accept the offer online.
If you have been unsuccessful, you will be given further information on how the waiting lists for halls operate, or if required, help finding alternative accommodation.
Ensure you accept the offer of halls by the deadline stated in your accommodation offer, missed deadlines may result in the offer being cancelled. When you accept the offer you will be required to pay a deposit to confirm the booking, no residential payments will be required before this.
Note for First Year Undergraduates
No guarantees can be made to any applicant applying after the deadline of 30 June. Your application will be held on a waiting list pending cancellations which may occur after A Level results or later during the academic year.
