University of London Intercollegiate Halls

Queen Mary has an allocation of approximately 220 places reserved in these halls for first year undergraduates and first year postgraduates, full year associates, IFC and SEFP students. Located in Central London close to its popular cinemas, theatres and museums, these halls offer the opportunity to meet students from other Colleges of the University of London. These halls are centrally located and may suit students studying at Lincoln Inn Fields and Charterhouse Square, whilst being easily commutable to Mile End and Whitechapel campuses.

All undergraduate halls offer breakfast and evening meals daily, with lunch at the weekends.

Intercollegiate halls fees cover a minimum of 37 weeks (with the exception of Lillian Penson Hall where residents can give 28 days notice to terminate their contract) which includes the Christmas and Easter vacations. Fees for 2007/08 range from £102.00 (twin room) to £175.00 (single room).

A student already holding a place in, or on a waiting list for, an Intercollegiate Hall will not be considered for a place in Queen Mary owned housing or vice versa.
