To support the Queen Mary Strategic Plan, the Estates and Facilities Directorate has a limited number of flats which can be booked by academic departments or professional services for periods of up to 3 months, at the Mile End campus. The aim of this accommodation is to assist new members of staff on their initial arrival in London, academic visitors and guests of the Principal, Vice-Principles, Heads of School and to support existing academics and professional services staff. We have no staff accommodation at the Whitechapel and Charterhouse Square campuses.

The booking of staff accommodation is now a 2 stage process:
|Stage 1||Complete the Authorisation and Booking Form and send to either the Vice Principal's Office (via Housing Services), Head of School or Director, Estates and Facilities for signature (as applicable).|
|Stage 2||Once the Authorisation and Booking Form has been completed, forward it immediately to Housing Services, who will check for availability and send a Booking Confirmation email. Once you receive the Booking Confirmation email you will be liable for the Residential Fees for the booking unless you follow the cancellation procedure outlined in the email and the Staff Accommodation Guide.|
